Customers are responsible for informing themselves about and paying any additional charges, such as import taxes or customs duties, that packages may be subject to in their destination countries. We cannot compensate for any packages that were not received due to the customer's failure to pay such charges.
Exchanges, returns, and refunds will only be offered if the product is defective upon arrival or if you do not receive what you ordered. We cannot provide exchanges, returns, or refunds if you change your mind once your order has been dispatched.
If there is an issue with your order, please email us with pictures of the issue within 2 days of receiving the package so we can help you. Always double, even triple-check your information before checking out! We will not be responsible for packages lost or delayed due to customer error.

Where are you based?
Australia, NSW.
When are orders dispatched?
Within 5 business days from when payment is received for in stock orders.
How long does shipping take?
> Within Australia: Up to a week.
> International: 2-5 weeks.
All packages come with tracking, and tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment.
Orders that only contain flat items (eg stickers) will be posted as a letter and thus will not have tracking.
Can I change my order's address after I've paid for it? Or combine orders?
Yes, but only if the initial order has not been dispatched yet (so before you receive your dispatch confirmation email). Please send us a message at [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to edit your order.
INFORMATION REGARDING PREORDERS:
Preorder items will NOT be shipped immediately. The production process will begin at the end of the sell period and then be shipped out when we receive them. We usually receive items approximately 2-3 weeks after the end of the sale period, and only then will preorders begin to be shipped out. Please keep this timing in mind when ordering.
Combining with Preorder Items
Orders combining both Preorder items and In Stock items will be shipped out when Preorder items have arrived. They will both be shipped to you in a single package so as to not exacerbate costs, but this will delay you receiving any in stock items! See the above for timing estimates.
Materials FAQ
What do HTV and DTF mean?
HTV stands for "heat transfer vinyl". We use HTV for 3D puff, glitter, and holographic effects that are otherwise not achievable with ink.
DTF stands for "direct to film" and is a technology that prints designs onto transfer film with special ink, which is then heat pressed onto shirts, bags, etc.
They are both durable and long-lasting as long as proper care is taken when washing and drying. For care instructions, please see our "garment care" page.
